Dalmia Sugar Mills Unit-Jawaharpur in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh is a major integrated sugar and bio-ethanol complex. DEC executed the complete turnkey electrical infrastructure for their 145 KLPD grain-based ethanol distillery plant and spent-wash incineration cogeneration power project.\n\nThe scope encompassed 33kV outdoor switchyard installation, IS 5571 hazardous-area flameproof (Ex-d) motor control centres for fermentation and distillation, SS304 cable tray routing through corrosive wash areas, spent-wash incineration boiler BOP electricals, and plant-wide POLYVION FRLS cable distribution.
