DEC's flagship capability: complete turnkey EPC execution of electrical projects. We take single-source accountability from feasibility study and engineering design, through procurement and manufacturing (in-house where possible), to site erection, testing, and final commissioning handover.

Substations up to 220kV

33kV – 220kV substation design, supply, erection & commissioning.

DEC has designed, supplied, erected, and commissioned substations from 11kV distribution level to 220kV extra-high-voltage — covering outdoor AIS, indoor GIS, and transformer bays. Our in-house engineering team handles protection relay coordination, transformer vector group matching, bus sizing, earthing design, and SCADA integration.

MV/LV Switchgear & Control Panels

In-house manufactured MV/LV switchboards, MCCs, PLCs, and control panels.

Through Trisquare Switchgear, DEC manufactures its own complete range of MV and LV switchgear, motor control centres, power control centres, control and relay panels, bus duct systems, and distribution boards. In-house manufacturing means faster delivery, tighter quality control, and full traceability for every panel that leaves our facility.

Cable Manufacturing (POLYVION)

In-house HT/LT power cables, control cables, and instrument cables.

POLYVION Cables & Wires — DEC's dedicated cable manufacturing division — produces a complete range of electrical cables and wires to IS, IEC, and BS standards. Having cable manufacturing in-house gives DEC project teams control over lead times, quality, and custom specifications that off-the-shelf suppliers simply cannot match.

Testing & Commissioning

Comprehensive HV testing, relay coordination and complete system commissioning.

DEC's testing and commissioning team has the equipment, procedures, and experience to safely charge and commission projects from LV distribution all the way to 220kV EHV. We follow systematic pre-commissioning, commissioning, and post-commissioning protocols — with full documentation, relay coordination reports, and as-built drawings at handover.

Instrumentation & Automation

Process instrumentation, DCS, SCADA systems and industrial automation.

Beyond pure electrical infrastructure, DEC's instrumentation division handles complete process instrumentation packages, DCS integration, SCADA systems, and industrial automation solutions for sugar, distillery, cement, and chemical plants.
