Distillery and bio-ethanol plants operate under demanding safety conditions due to explosive alcohol vapor atmospheres (Zone 1 & Zone 2 classified under IS 5571). As DEC's second-deepest industrial sector, our engineers have delivered turnkey electrical packages spanning grain-based and molasses distilleries from 60 KLPD up to 330 KLPD.
Our project portfolio includes recent high-specification wins such as the 280 KLPD Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) facility for Grainfuel Distillery in Khoda-Ahmedabad, the 330 KLPD greenfield grain ethanol complex for Radico Khaitan in Sitapur, and active 2024-25 turnkey builds for Zuari Envien Bioenergy, Bhagoli Sugar (Dalmia Group), and Olam Agri India.
We engineer certified explosion-proof (Ex-d / Ex-e) electrical distribution systems, multi-pressure distillation column automation, variable speed milling and slurry drives, and spent-wash incineration boiler power synchronisation to ensure uninterrupted production with complete statutory safety compliance.
